CardPixie Support

CardPixie is a local-first credit-card benefit tracker. It does not connect to your bank and should never ask for a full card number or banking password.

Before reporting a problem

1. Update to the latest CardPixie version available to you.
2. Restart the app and confirm that your device has free storage.
3. Note the CardPixie version shown in Settings.
4. Write down the shortest sequence that reproduces the problem.

Get help

Email leealvin2002@gmail.com. Include the app version, iOS version, device model, and reproduction steps.

Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, account numbers, screenshots containing sensitive financial information, or other private data.
